It is important to me that once you leave a lesson, you understand what was discussed and implemented, so you can practice with purpose. In this sample, I am doing a simple review. However, in many lesson reviews, I include you in the recording. Neuroscience tells us that if you can describe the circumstance and make a connection with the situation, it is more likely you can recreate it in practice.
