EVALUATION REQUEST
What you need to know about your evaluation:

COST: $75 Adults/Seniors $45 Juniors

Evals take 1 hour and can be scheduled in any available opening

An Evaluation is just that. Don't expect a lesson. This is a get to know each other session. We will talk about you, your goals, your time for practice and go over all data parameters and video analysis.

When you leave, you will have a complete understanding of what is keeping your swing from better scores and an explanation of how I would proceed in coaching you.

Upon completion, you will receive a video review of your evaluation and collected data.

If you choose to move forward with coaching, you will receive a $50 credit off your first month (adults/seniors only). Making your evaluation only $25.
